An avid student of prayer for more than four decades, Bob has founded and led multiple prayer initiatives to train and mobilize hundreds of thousands of people in prayer. He longs to make prayer practical, and for all believers to find the same freedom and healing that the Lord has given him.
With his firm conviction that prayer brings results, his clients routinely see breakthrough in problems that have lingered for months or years.
Bob and his wife Sharon live in Nashville, TN, and have four adult children.

After giving up on prayer for about eight years, Amy came back to prayer two years before she met Bob. Her heart’s cry comes from the verse, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6). She longs for the needed knowledge to go out to stop the destruction.
She lives with her husband and five sons outside Charlottesville, VA.
What we love about Amy: her clear communication, cheerfulness, honesty, and enthusiasm.

Adrienne grew up as a pastor’s daughter in Wyoming. With a deep passion for the lost, she served on mission trips to four continents, before marrying her husband, a Mexican native. She now lives in Tampico, Mexico, with him and their four children, where she enjoys praying as she watches the sunrise over the tops of mango trees and coconut palms.
Although a good pray-er in English, her fiery prayers come out when she prays in Spanish.
What we love about Adrienne: her prophetic and administrative gifts, her willingness to find ways to serve, and her eagerness to learn and grow in all forms of prayer.

As a teenager in high school she watched her mother, rise up every morning at 5am to pray. She always wondered what her mother was doing??!! It was not until she was stationed in Germany almost 9 years later, that she was born into the Kingdom of God. Through prayer every Friday night on the altar she finally understood and participated in what she witnessed her mother doing all those years. The mantled had been passed down.
She is single/never married, a builder of the Kingdom of God, and is currently living in Okinawa, Japan.

Growing up in Singapore, Andrew’s grandma activated him by the laying on of hands and unceasing prayer. Later, he spent time with the 24/7 prayer movement in Toronto, Canada.
Passionate about connections, systems, and lifelong learning, he was on staff at MIT for a few years.
He currently lives in the heart of America, where he enjoys community and prayer.
What we love about Andrew: his faithfulness, infectious laugh, determination, and servant’s heart.

Cindy first felt the call to prayer and intercession in 1985, when two African American prayer warriors trained her. She began using her prophetic gift to pray for family, individuals, ministries, businesses, and movements. She learned from many prayer warriors, including four years at the World Prayer Center in Colorado Springs.
She and her husband were trained to administer inner healing and prayer counsel through Elijah House Ministries. For the past 20 years, they have helped many weary and broken people find wholeness and restored connection in relationships.
Cindy believes each person and business has a specific calling and purpose, something unique to each. Her own experience of starting a non-profit foundation that raised $5 million in four years to serve over 40 ministries worldwide gave her unique insight into the needs of ministries and businesses.
She and her husband live in Bend, OR, near their two adult children.
What we love about Cindy: her practical, fun, no-nonsense, prophetic prayer warrior; her healing prayer ministry; and her willingness to help birth new ministries.

Cindy and her husband pastor a church in Tallahassee, the capital of Florida. Her passionate, life-of-the-party personality comes from her Puerto Rican and Lithuanian background.
She lives and breathes discipleship and passionate prayer.
Gifted in relationship development and communication, she started working for an insurance company at the bottom of the chain of command and now is project manager for one of their largest departments.
A retired homeschool mom of three sons, she says of herself, “I love hard, play hard, and pray hard.”
What we love about Cindy: her passion, her depth of knowledge of God’s word, and her deep well of love.

While teaching elementary physical education in the late 1990s, a prayer person became Daphne’s assistant. For the next 20 years, Daphne and her prayer friend would start their day in a PE office with a Scripture and prayer.
This, along with the prayers of her great-grandmother, grandparents, and a very special aunt, catapulted Daphne to desire to pray more.
Daphne and her husband Junior make their home in the small rural community of Beech Bluff, TN. They have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
What we love about Daphne: her gentleness, her willingness to pour out her heart before God, and her depth of love for Jesus.
Ask her about: running, her love of music (there’s a song for just about anything), encouraging families, and leading her school to be one of the ten healthiest school in the nation.
Dr. Bill had a radical conversion to Christ in the late 1970s that led to an insatiable hunger for God through prayer. He credits his miraculous conversion experience to God’s grace and the unstoppable prayers of his great-grandmother.
He has been a missionary, church planter, and revivalist in South Africa for over 36 years. His passion is to awaken and activate every child of God to who they are and whose they are.
He and his wife Connie lead a church in Cape Town, South Africa and service a leadership alliance called BMosaic.
What we love about Dr. Bill: his power in prayer, his contagious joy, and his movie-announcer voice.

Dr Karen is a leadership consultant and executive coach, serving organizational and community development leaders. She has a passion to continue to discover innovative ways of collaborating with God to encourage and empower leaders and followers globally to fulfill their own and their organizations’ potential and leave a significant legacy for future generations.
Over the last number of years, she has been privileged to work with influential people globally, including various Sub-Saharan African nations.
Whether consulting, coaching, serving as a board member, or writing academic papers and speaking at conferences, she seeks to more effectively integrate faith, theory, and practice in the marketplace and life.
She lives with her husband in Cape Town, South Africa. They have two adult sons.
What we love about Dr. Karen: her passion for prayer, her ability to raise up leaders, and her willingness to wait for the kairos time.

Jenny is an educator and intercessor with a passion for classics, literature, and a Biblical worldview. She has a background in economics and finance, as well as classroom teaching. Now she homeschools her three children.
Together with her husband Erik, they lead Trauma Life Recovery, teaching healthy grieving, healing for soul fracture, trauma healing, and more.
They live in a cabin in the hills of Tasmania, Australia.
What we love about Jenny: her eagerness to learn, her willingness to listen and pray on behalf of others, and (let’s be honest) her accent.

After Jonelle got a degree in art and design, she spent a few years at an agency dedicated to working with non-profits, before transitioning to the for-profit sector.
A passionate worshipper, she was in her mid-30s before she realized that she was an involuntary seer, and has spent a few years learning how to navigate that gift.
She started praying regularly with Bob on prayer calls in 2020, and was one of the first Workplace Prayer clients.
What we love about Jonelle: her persistence, her eye for design, her heart of worship, and her sense of humor.

Always looking for the unique around her, Maren was in the pearl wholesale market before focusing most of her time on her family. They live in the DC area.
Her favorite prayer remains the Lord’s Prayer. She had a period of years where it was her main prayer. Each day it feels different; each day it has a different emphasis; each day it is alive.
What we love about Maren: her heart of compassion, her insatiable curiosity, her willingness to serve in any capacity, and her desire to sit at the feet of Jesus (like Mary!).

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Marisela has served in leadership roles in prayer ministry, worship, home groups, discipleship, and youth ministry. Her passion is for the 24/7 house of prayer and worship, and for people to experience firsthand the love of God.
Marisela and her late husband were frequently asked to start new church plants. Her four children have gone on to serve at IHOP-KC and Bethel Redding.
Marisela continues working in the marketplace as an insurance agent and a financial planner, and she lives in Asheville, NC.
What we love about Marisela: her dedication, sweet spirit, and cultivated ability to hear from God.

Renita heard God’s call to teach English to non-native speakers on a mission trip to the Philippines. However, first God orchestrated a detour through the world of home education. After doing Amy’s 21-Day Prayer Refresh (https://praybig.me/refresh), she joined the Prayer Mentoring Community and her prayer life blossomed.
Renita lives in northern Lancaster County, PA with her husband and their three young adult children who are in the “home now—nope, gone again!” stage, discovering God’s purpose for their lives.
What we love about Renita: her thoughtfulness, her ready smile, and how comfortable she makes those around her feel.

Susan lives in Tallulah Falls, GA with her husband and five children, where she has set aside her nursing career to homeschool and disciple her children.
God has grown her in prayer as she simply walks the land he has placed in front of her.
She is passionate about intimate connections within the body of Christ, and senses strongly the call of Jesus to “strengthen what remains” out of Revelation 3.
What we love about Susan: she wears her heart on her sleeve, willingly talks to anyone, and eagerly serves in any capacity needed.
